    Aktun Chen is a nature and adventure park where you can marvel at underground caves crammed with stalagmites and stalactites. Located in lush jungle between Xel-Ha and Akumal Bay, dense canopy and exotic birdsong give this place the feel of a magical lost world. With the safety of a life jacket swim through spectacular fresh water grottos or take a guided quad bike tour of the jungle. The serpentarium displays many poisonous and non-poisonous snakes.

Take a boat ride to a deserted lagoon where you can spot dolphins, turtles and rare birds or enjoy a jungle buggy tour. Tents and cabins are available for overnight stays.
