Holidays to Lanzarote are ever popular thanks to year-round warm temperatures, pristine, idyllic beaches and fun-filled family resorts that overlook the fabulous blue waters of Atlantic. Lanzarote Holidays are all about contrasts - relax on the soft, golden sandy beaches or take day trips to explore the rocky volcanic landscape and interior of the island. Enjoy watersports and funky resorts or hit the zip lines, buggy safaris and go horse'riding through the island's national parks. And then there are the party resorts, where you can dance till dawn and enjoy sunny holidays without a care in the world. Lanzarote holidays are all about fun, winter sun, summer vibes and super hotels for every budget.

What's more, some of these like Costa Teguise are a hotspot for watersports, so when you have topped up the tan you can learn to waterski, wakeboard, paddleboard or scuba dive. Island excursions to waterparks, ziplines or boat trips are also on offer to entertain both adventure-seekers and families.

The east and west coasts have many sites that are ideal for surfing, Famara is great for kiteboarding and Costa Teguise is known as the island's windsurfing hotspot. Or dive into the Punta Mujres coast, an area known for its incredible snorkelling.

Trek in Timanfaya

The park, named after the only active volcano on the land, is home to a variety of flora and fauna, stunning geysers and awe-inspiring volcanic landscapes. A trek through the park and to Timanfaya volcano is definitely recommended.
