No frills hotel
Miss watson, Hertfordshire
Good location for bars, clubs and beach. Very busy around the pool and you struggle to get a bed. All drinks are served in paper or plastic cups and this includes evening drinks. No air con in rooms and often not on in main public areas.
The best thing about my stay was...
Central location and close to beachMaid service were useless

The hotel was very very nice and clean. The people at reception were very approachable. I went with 4 other young girls. Don't get me wrong our room wasn't spotless but by no means was it revolting. But the cleaners were shocking. They wouldn't even sweep our floor or mop it. They would walk in at all hours of the mornings. They gave us 2 towels between 5 and no toilet paper. We then had to ask reception for extra towels and sheets because we got no fresh ones. Overall the stay was good, thepool was beautiful. But the lack of cleanliness from the madis during the week was awful
