Dubai Marina Holidays

When people think of Dubai, they generally picture plush hotels and expensive shopping, however the Gulf metropolis also offer incredible holiday experiences for children. As a city that was essentially built in a few decades, it’s not surprising that holidays to Dubai offer almost anything you and your family could want!

The Dubai Marina has beaches, restaurants and hotels aplenty – and there are unquestionably some of the best in the world. The pleasant waves and warm water will mean the little ones won’t want to leave the sands, and that’s even before they look up and marvel at the skyscrapers all around. If you do manage to tear the family away from the beach, then trips to the seemingly endless luxury malls and the nearby desert dunes can’t be missed. 

When you’re done with the city-sized malls, you can find some slightly cheaper wares at one of the many street markets dotted around. The locals know how hot their city can get, so a cool drink or an ice cream for the kids is never hard to find! 

If you prefer to enjoy some local culture, it’s easy to catch some camel racing in Dubai, or even enjoy riding one yourself (at a slightly slower pace). And of course, the day can be finished off at one of the hundreds of incredible restaurants you can find in the city. As one of the most eclectic food centres in the world, you’ll always be able to find somewhere the whole family can enjoy, no matter what type of food you’re after.
