Located on the southeastern coast, Alicante is the beating heart of Spain’s Costa Blanca. Holidays in Alicante offer gorgeous beaches, local attractions, a vibrant marina along with lively nightlife. You can also go for beach excursions and boat rides to the nearby beaches. Postiguet Beach is the nearest serviceable beach located right next to the old town.
Nearest airport to the city, Alicante-Elche Airport is located in the municipality of Elche, about 9km southwest of Alicante. The city is perfectly safe to visit and is an all-round destination for families and couples alike. This Spanish marvel is known for its vibrant and happening nightlife. Besides sightseeing and shopping during the day, there are vibrant bars, nightclubs, and entertainment to enjoy during the evening. Alicante holidays are best taken during the months of April to September, it’s spring during these months so you can joyfully bask in the spring sun with comfortable temperatures for day trips and activities.
