The stunning resort of Pefkos is set on the east coast of Rhodes and is named after the pretty palm trees that fringe its golden sands. In the evening, the street markets and bazaars are good for shopping for souvenirs, handmade jewellery and leather craft. For the more adventurous, don’t forget to try out the Koriantolino, the local signature liqueur made from ouzo, spices and a special flower.
