Exciting Lambi Beach

Kos Town holidays are all about family fun, and there’s plenty of that to be had at the nearby Lambi Beach! About 10 minutes out of town, this kilometre-long stretch of soft golden sand with a bit of shingle is a must-go for anyone looking for that extra thrill. This uber family-friendly beach offers everything from white knuckle windsurfing and jet-skiing to serene paragliding and pedalo boats. You may even get free sun loungers and bar service if you pay a few euros to access the parts of the beach that are exclusive to the surrounding hotels! It’s well worth a ten-minute journey.

Sample Local Cuisine

If you’re a foodie, Kos Town is the place to be. Symi shrimps, which are the local specialty (and are just too good not to try), make a regular appearance around Kos Town. While we’re talking seafood, you can order the “catch of the day” by the kilo at many of Kos Town’s swanky sea-view restaurants – offering a gorgeous view to match. There are also many traditional cafes and tavernas in the Old Town if you’re looking for cheaper eats. A great holiday comes with great food, and there is plenty of that on offer in Kos Town!
