Getting Around
Getting around Gran Canaria is easy thanks to the public transport available around the island. Public buses are a cheap way of getting from A to B, but most visitors prefer to travel by taxi or hire car. If you're feeling active, the islands are full of cycling and hiking trails you can experiment with or why not hop on a boat and explore further afield? There are comfortable, air-conditioned buses that leave from most of the main resorts regularly and stop at the island’s most famous attractions – please check with your hotel for excursions and timetables.
