Once a booking is completed and a contract is in place, it is the Travel Providers responsibility to provide you with what you have booked and it is your responsibility to pay for the services as per the terms of your booking. For bookings with most airlines we will act only as your agent in making your booking. For all other bookings we act as the agent of the principal who is the Travel Provider.
